I've been building, plumbing, wiring, and finishing houses for twenty-one years. Carlos and I started Alchemy because the work is more fun — and the finish quality is higher — when the same two people who walked the job on day one are still on the jobsite at the end. We don't subcontract the plumbing, the electrical, the carpentry, or the finishes. We do the work.

Carlos Juarez Co-owner & Project Lead Carlos runs every project on the trade side — scheduling subs only when a job actually needs one (almost never), managing material orders, and pulling permits. If your project has weird custom asks, this is the partner who figures out how.
What we believe

We do the work ourselves
Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, finish — Paskal and Carlos handle the trades. Subcontractors are the exception, not the model. That's why our reviews say the same word over and over: clean.

We finish what we start
Half our reviews start with: "the previous contractor abandoned us." We take the rescue calls. We name the schedule before we start, and we stay on it.

We name the price before the demo
No moving estimates after the walls are open. If a real surprise comes up — corroded supply lines, structural rot, the previous guy's mistake — we show you, we explain it, then we talk about it.
